"I made an appointment in January to be seen in March. We were there 15 mins they took xrays. Then they tell me to bring my son back because it will take an hour instead of 30 mins to clean my son's teeth. They didn't want to get behind. Are you kidding me? I waited two months to be seen and you guys can't give me 30 more mins? Then they tell me to come back in another month. All the time they were trying to get out of working on my son. They could of started right away, but they just didnt want to. No good Customer service. Girls are rude."

"After a rather embarrassing appt at another dental office (see review at sunset community health). I called to get in here. The receptionist was extremely understanding and got me in asap. Day of appt here I was treated amazing from starting to finish. I was slightly hesitant about going back to the dentist after my issue with the other clinic. The entire staff at Gallemore made me feel comfortable, wiped those fears right out of my head. After being told I had to have my tooth pulled at the other location I was told her there is a good possibility in saving my tooth. I will never step foot near sunset again. Gallemore is WAY better. Treat patients way more respectfully. Thank you so much for making me not feel horrible about something I cannot control."

"Under normal circumstances I do not leave reviews but the bad customer service experience I had was enough of a reason to do so. I had made an appointment to get some work done on my teeth over a month ago, I gave my insurance info and everything seemed fine since I never got a call about any problems and only received text messages about my upcoming appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early as was asked to do so and while signing up the receptionist told me that I did not have dental as part of my insurance. I did but called my insurance just to make sure since the only other option I was given was to pay cash instead. There was a bit of a mix up with the insurance, I will accept, but it was only a matter of changing the company that was to cover my claim, my member ID and everything remained about the same. I was still in the premises, the call was no longer than 10 to 15 minutes when I came back with the corrections that needed to be done and was told that now I had to reschedule. All of this could have been fixed had they told me about the error sooner. Not only that but the receptionist was also very rude to other patients that were before me and one of them even asked to talk to the manager while I was still in line. No matter how good the actual dental services are, which sadly I can not even talk about because I did not receive, the customer service experience should also be a part of the entire service provided and sadly for me and the people that were in front of me at the time that was not the case. "Okay let me just say I'm a big old baby when it comes to the dentist. Keep to the time of my appointment. Informed me of everything I was going to have done and made sure I was okay with everything. Made me feel comfortable in there care. Polite and gave good service. I liked that the building was clean and and the staff was nice and informed. Now I well say that the upfront receptionist was accommodating however she might want to consider her face expression when customers are speaking to her. I like that they was fast and didn't leave me in the room waiting long."
