"I’ve been going here for 3 years for dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, x-rays, and dental exams, so most of my interactions have been with the dental hygienist (I think her name is Ashley?). She is the best! Super friendly, always explains everything she’s doing which I appreciate, and frequently asks if anything if sensitive or painful during the cleaning. The rest of the staff is also professional and the office is very clean."
"Staff is the worst. Cannot even call the primary insurance to get a treatment plan. Staff is very rude and incompetent to even get the proper insurance billed first. They tell me that my insurance is primary when it's not and told me my wife's is secondary. ANYONE THAT HAS MORE THAN ONE INSURANCE COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE.
