"I went here today to buy some hair dye to make my hair lighter and the lady told me to get the wrong developer, she said it should be a higher developer for lighter hair. After taking her advice I noticed nothing changed with my hair turns out it should of been a lower developer! Wasted my money listening to her advice this isn't the first time I've been misled by someone working at sally's and I'm never going back there, these ppl suck and they don't know anything about the products they're selling."
