"I went in for foundation. I told the clerk I needed the fair with the pink undertones. I was foolish not to check the box before I left because she gave me the wrong one. Now its another 20 miles round trip due to her error. She seemed too nonchalant and I should have recognized someone who didn't really care about their job."

"I went in Sephora a couple days ago to make an exchange the thing is I didn’t have the box I threw it away. I never had a problem with this at any Sephora . When I was at the register I asked one of the employees if I’m able to make an exchange the thing it I don’t have the box. She looked confused for a second and went to go ask her coworker. She came back and said sorry there’s nothing we can do we need to scan the box. I showed her the receipt and mind you I bought this a week ago. She said sorry I can’t do anything I then tell her well that’s weird I never had this problem before and that the old Sephora that was inside of JCP would exchange anything without the box she didn’t say anything and I just left. I went to Ulta and spent my money there. I was reading the receipt and it doesn’t say thing about bringing the box to be able to make an exchange or return… very weird"

"Wish it was still at JCPENNEY. The workers here are rude and trashy. Went today with my mom for her birthday to buy a couple of items and pick up her free gift from them. We were in line with a bunch of people behind us also waiting to be attended to but the two workers conversation was more important. Once they finally got to us the worker said they didn't take phone numbers anymore for the accounts. So then my mom just lost all her points? Then we asked for her birthday gift and the girl just pointed to the back entrance and all around and said they had all those boxes to still put up and there was no way to help my mom. That she would just have to go online. If we wanted to go online then whats the point of having a store here. And maybe if the two "workers" would have been doing work instead of just talking for 10mins ignoring customers and a 6 person line then those boxes would have been put up. We left and spent our money at Ulta. What a waste of having a Sephora when the workers are trash and they make up their own rules. This was between 3pm-4pm. If anyone was wondering who the workers were."
