"When she works on your hair she pulls very hard like she wants to give you a headache.This lady messed up my hair. She bleached my hair and about 1/4 of my hair fell off. That part I kinda understood since I had dark hair.However she said she would give me curtain bangs and this is what I got. I had to cut about 12” worth of hair because it just kept breaking. She curled my hair after she work on it so I didn’t notice how bad the haircut was after she cut my hair. I was upset I cried will never return here again. She replied to the comment I made. Yes I had box dyed my hair once before this but it had been 6 months prior and I had dyed it once. I was not the type of person who dyed my hair often as she said “multiple times” before this incident I had dyed my hair once in like 4 years. My hair was healthy I didn’t wash my hair for an entire week before she bleached it. She ruined it. It’s been an entire year now and my hair is barely starting to look healthy. My hair “looked” fine after the appointment because she styled it. But other than that my hair was so damaged I couldn’t style it because I felt like it would just fall off. It’s been a year of just bad hair days since she bleached my hair because even tho I cut it short. My hair is so damaged even the short hair barely helped."

"I booked my appointment with Veronda when she was located at a different salon that she worked for. Let me tell you how dry and dead my hair was before she laid her hands on my hair….. Oh my goodness!!!! Her work is MAGIC!!! Don’t ask me what she did to me. Not only did she leave my hair dyed beautifully but my hair felt so soft, hydrated and it smelled amazing!!! Just to mention, my hair would NEVER grow before. I kid you not, I was even afraid of having her cut my hair because my hair would NEVER grow. But after she did her thing, my hair grows like crazy and I LOVE IT!!!! Every time I book my appointment with her, best believe I have her cut my hair 5+ inches!!! (That is something I would have NEVER done before because my hair never grew before she worked on my hair.) Once I found out that she opened her own Salon, I book my appointments for my retouches with her. FYI: She has treatments to recommend for your hair to keep it healthy and hydrated."
