"Renting from here was an incredibly frustrating experience. They will hold you responsible for outrageous repair costs (in our case, $5000) for what seem like routine damages (e.g. ripped seat cushion, scuffs) without providing any meaningful explanation or itemized accounting of what the charges cover. They employ high-pressure tactics to push insurance purchases, which effectively double the rental price, and use confusing terms to make you feel like you won't know how to properly operate the equipment. If you decline insurance, they will find any excuse to charge you. We purchased some, but not all insurance, and upon returning the vehicles, the damages they found were of course covered only by the package that we did not purchase. Moreover, their multiple Google listings (ATV Rentals Sand Hollow, Sand Hollow ATV, UTV Pros, and Coral Sand ATV Rentals) are a deliberate attempt to evade negative reviews and boost online visibility, which is against Google's policies. If you look at these websites, they are all the same company. Avoid this one (and the others listed at this location) and instead opt for a transparent and reputable ATV rental provider. Don't let them drain your finances and spoil your trip."

"Family just finished 3-hour ATV ride with guide. Well worth the money! Highlight of our trip hands down. If you are going to do this, strongly recommend you go with guided tour. We had Landon - he was awesome! He was willing to get as crazy and fast as you wanted. He made it fun. Without guide, there is no way I would have navigated to all the areas Landon took us. He took us all over. Also, with so many hills, without guide, I would have never navigated the hills as aggressively as we did because I would have never been confident on what was on other side of hill…could have been 100ft drop off for all I knew. With guide, I flew all over the hills because he was leading the way. Get a guide…use Landon! Our 3 hour tour was from 5-8PM so we saw the sunset. Tons of amazing photos. This is definitely a must do activity."

"Amazing fantastic service and machines. We rented 2, 4 seat machines. The canam is the best machine I have used so they give you the best. The guys at the shop helped us a ton to get to where we needed to go. The entire day was a blast all thanks to the guys at sand hollow ATV."
