"Great ride But feel little expensive one time experience in a while"
"HIGHLY recommend. I'm so grateful to the Hualapai people for offering this experience to us. The helicopter was the perfect way to see the canyon and get real perspective on how massive the site truly is. If you need a renewed sense of how miniscule you are in the universe, the helicopter/pontoon is worth the money. I only wish it was a little bit longer. Stay hydrated and be prepared for the stairs down to the pontoon."
"We went to the visitor center to get information about the Skywalk. We came with our service dog. We stayed outside the building to wait for our friend. A security guard came and assaulted us and asked us to leave because we had a dog. After explaining that we were just waiting for a friend who was in the bathroom, he insisted that the dog was going to bite and that he was aggressive and that we had to leave him in the car ( 30 degrees ). Our dog is a service dog! I even showed this man by putting my hands in his mouth that he was anything but aggressive. This man did not want to listen to us and asked us to leave the place. However, at no place was there a sign saying that service dogs or not were forbidden on the parking lot! We condemn this establishment and we will never set foot there again. I do not recommend it at 200%."
