"Over time the price has increased but the quality of the wash has diminished. This week my wife took our car there, granted due to the rains it was very dirty. After my wife returned home I saw that the front and back had several areas that were missed. The seams between the driver and passenger doors matching the front quarter panels were untouched and remained filthy. To make it look presentable I cleaned this missed areas. In my opinion 12 dollars is a lot for a wash especially since it’s hit and miss."

"I’ve tried the wash in Mesquite 4 times now, 3 of which were not good experiences. The first time, they did a reasonably good job. The past 3 times involved poor prep (lots of bugs left on the front), no cleaning to SUV roof and very little tire dressing. Not worth the $20 cost. To the company’s credit, they listened to my complaint and offered a complementary wash. I know they have a service guarantee but I shouldn’t have to repeatedly run a fairly clean standard size SUV repeatedly through to get an acceptable clean. I don’t expect a detail job, but also don’t expect to spend the better part of an hour wiping down crud the wash should remove. I’ve used these kind of washes in other places I’ve lived and this is by far the poorest experience. I won’t be back. To the business response: I believe I made it clear I wasn’t expecting a full detail, but when I spend $20 for a wash and only have bugs from a trip to Vegas and the same bugs are still on my rig when I come out of the tunnel, your employees didn’t do sufficient prep. Same with the overhead wash roller that cleaned the roof of the vehicle in front of me but not mine. I paid for the top wash but didn’t get top wash quality."
