Big O Tires

"Went in for oil change and tire rotation took them longer than they said which is okay but once we left notice that they did not check the air pressure in any of the tires and it's a tire shop seems a little dumb to me. Trying to side talk me with some b.s about you have to drive for so long over 25 miles an hour for the tire monitor pressure system to reset like I don't put air in my tires all the time and know how the system works on my multiple vehicle's, don't like being side talked by somebody who's young enough to be my kid talking to me or my wife like we're stupid... after driving home pressure was still low... imagine that. Will not be returning for services at this location"

"I had 4 tires switched over, 4 old tires off rims and 4 new tires put on I provided the tires and no balancing needed, I was surprised to find the bill for that was 220.00, guess next time I’ll ask the price before hand, wasn’t expecting it to cost that much"
