"I've been a customer for 12+ years and LOVE this store. As a 5'10 female, I find a very small selection of size 11 shoes in my normal shopping stores. Otherwides measured me and I'm actually 9.5 EE! Apparently I have paddle feet! Haha Their selection is great for the lines they carry, staff is always helpful (when trying on 2 pairs or 20), and custom orders get in pretty quick (prepandemic at least). I don't always 'love' all the styles of shoes they have, but the comfort is always spot on."
