"This employee named monica was extremely rude to my ONE year old son. Called him rude for sticking his tongue out. When I stood up for my son she did not bother to apologize, she walked away from the cashier area. Not only was she rude to my son, she was rude to her co workers. Horrible costumer service."
"idk the name of the big white girl with blond hair but she was really rude when all I said was “excuse me can i get this dress” I obviously saw that she was busy but they always are or pretend they are to not help you. I just told her cause she was right there she didn’t have to one, give me a stank face, and two, tell me in a rude manner, and three, still be surprised and look at me funny when I don’t want the damn dress anymore."
"The worker who helped me was very rude and wouldn't let me do a return. I then called customer support where they informed me I am able to do a return. When I went back it was the same girl who helped me the first time and she had an attitude because I was able to return it. She claimed she was a manager, you would think a manager would act more professional than she did."
"Hello, I am writing in regards to my visit today. Typically I would not reach out due to poor customer service but I cannot believe how terrible it was today. I had to say something. I came in today looking for a specific dress. I was greeted with a very monotone/insincere hello from the register. I continued to the back of the store and browsed for the dress I wanted. I looked for an employee and couldn't find one in the store, besides the front counter, so I went and waited for MONIKA (purple hair) to be free. I watched her very rudely and confrontationally speak to other customers. She eventually looked over at me and said very bluntly "can I help you?" I asked if she could see if they had the dress I was looking for... her answer to me "I can find someone who doesn't have a line full of people in front of them!" The other customers in line even looked shocked at the response. Another woman came to look up the dress and talked into her headset the entire time, so I was clueless as to what was going on. Eventually, after the two and the front counter (who said they were so busy) stopped chit chatting, the other woman stated "it's in the back, someone is getting it." Someone (young girl, dark hair, septum piercing) finally brought the dress out and basically tossed it to me, without a word. Even after I said thank you! The only nice person, with any sort of customer service skills in that store was back in the fitting room. If I hadn't been looking for a very specific dress, I would have turned around and walked out. Monika should not be working in customer service whatsoever, but she definitely should not be the first person see when they walk in the door. I could not believe how terrible the women were in that store. I will never be back there!"
"I normally shop here because the sales are wonderful. But today I had an experience that made my liking for this store rather bitter. I purchased a beautiful dress that was not my size, it was a gift for a girl I know. I got to the cash wrap, expecting to come in and come out, but the associate doubted my choice. She looked at my body size and then looked at the dress, which was a size 1. I'm clearly not a size 1, she scoffed at me and asked me if I needed a different size and she also asked if I tried it on. So rude for assuming and I am not happy because I feel guilty for the way I am sized. Photo is the dress I purchased."
