"I was just here about a week ago to return two pairs of shoes. I was searching for a specific color code that I don’t think Aldo carries anymore. I spoke about this with a female employee who was processing my return. Throughout this process she was very personable and helpful even with current interests I had in other shoes that I saw there. They didn’t have my size unfortunately, but I really appreciated the female employee’s help and enthusiasm during my time there doing the return. I don’t remember her name but I know she told me it was on the receipt. I just don’t have the receipt as I’m writing this review, but I imagine she’ll know who she is from this review description. Thanks for the help, laughter, and your willingness to help me find other alternative footwear that I was interested in. I’m sure I’ll be back to consider future purchases."
"Love this place!! The shoes here are different from any other shoe store. The prices aren't bad. Matching bags, if that's your thing and it's definitely mine. Always find what I want in this store!"
"Unfortunately this review will not allow zero stars, but I honestly will never return to this store again. I love shoes and I'm constantly purchasing them, but today when I went with my son and nephew to go to look around, One of their male employees wearing a suit was making very rude comments about my son and nephew all while me and my sister could hear him. The boys were just being silly and laughing and making faces in the mirrors not causing any harm, that employees comments were completely inappropriate and will be the reason i will never shop at Aldo again. This location is not family friendly. SHAME ON THEM !!!!"
