"I'm a regular at Alan's, but I received exceptional assistance from Alyssa today when I needed it most. A last minute hiking trip in Zion required either new inserts or new boots immediately and Alyssa gave me expert service and advice after inspection of my boots. She measured my feet with the Aetrex machine (So cool! You can email the results to yourself or your podiatrist!) and advised a particular insert that worked magic immediately. A couple pairs of socks and I was on my way without worry about not being able to complete the hikes due to foot pain. Thank you, Alyssa C.! You made my vacation!!!"
