"First off, let me say if you're going here, ask for Tony as your waiter! Very nice gentleman, very relaxed and laid-back, very attentive all around just a good quality guy, someone that you can trust will make the correct recommendation for you. Absolutely love the restaurant food was amazing people were amazing drinks were really good they are still working out the Kinks cuz they've only been open for a couple of weeks but all in all I will be back there as many times as they will have me back! Caesar's Republic is a beautiful new hotel right next to Fashion Square in Ocean 44 in Old Town Scottsdale. After you're done eating, we recommend you go up to the 7th floor and check out the view. There aren't too many better views in all of Scottsdale in my opinion. The only issue we had the whole night were the lights in the dining room area. They would come on and then they would dim all the way to off and then come back on we just chalked it up to it being a brand new restaurant and still trying to work out the Kinks in the building."

"Was welcomed in, reservation on time, staff was super friendly and informative. We sat in the jade room, a tribute to giadas daughter and was a great experience. We started with the antipasti plater which was top tier, I went with then scallop risotto and my wife went with the seared branzino, which were both exquisite. Highly recommend."

"Seating for two could have been better. The restaurant was not at capacity but we were sat at the very last seat at the end of the restaurant. I understand zones but.. being a new restaurant I would imagine they would sit you towards the center of the restaurant to make a better impression, cozier dining experience. Ambience: Music can be turned down a bit. Purse holders are definitely needed due to chair design not allowing for easy hanging. We had the Lobster Bucatini for two. The pasta needs to be shorter, especially if served in the center for two… there was no end to the pasta, really messy to serve. I would suggest maybe serving it for the guest or providing better utensils to share (not a knife). Loved the hints of lemon through out the dishes. Overall enjoyed our visit but I feel needs small improvements to be great."

"This is our new go-to place! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish and I can’t wait to be back! The whole staff was so on top of it to make sure we had the best experience- specifically the managers Ray and Keri and our server Tucker (he made great suggestions!). The restaurant is absolutely stunning with cute little touches from Giadas life and the kitchen was SPOTLESS. It a full open kitchen so it was awesome to see the team work together so well even in the first few days of being open. Now the important part- the food! We got a little bit of everything and every bite was so yummy! Highly suggest the crab arancini, margarita pizza, ANY of the pastas and the tiramisu or the cookies for dessert (the chocolate chip cookie was to die for!). Overall this was one of the best dinners we’ve had in Scottsdale. Highly suggest trying to get a reservation! You may even run into Giada. ❤️"

"What a great spot! Amazing cocktails, food, service, atmosphere, and energy. Perfect spot to start or end the night in the beautiful side of Scottsdale with their killer patio and bar. So much fun! I had the pleasure of enjoying this beautiful spot on their opening night. Amanda and Angelina are so awesome. Right from the get-go, they made us feel at home. Good people like these two ladies are the reason people become loyal return customers. They had a fantastic understanding of the menu and helped us land on some solid wins. We absolutely loved the Sicilian Foccocia, and the Antipasti platter was epic. The wine selection was out of this world, and all of the cocktails were super creative. I can't wait to come back and dive deeper into the menu. I'm looking forward to hanging out on the patio on hot summer nights."
