"Great place! The food is super good and our server was super sweet and friendly. We made a reservation and sat pretty quickly after the time made for. Delicious. Definitely can’t wait to come back."
"We had issues with our reservation but got through that. We were seated down an ally way in a place called north bar. It is detached from the main restaurant. Not good. It has TVs and loud music that has nothing to do with anything. The bar tenders wait tables too. We ordered grilled bread with good olive oil. That’s how the menu described it. It showed up with olive oil and balsamic vinegar already on the bread. I don’t like balsamic vinegar and reviewed the menu again, and it said nothing of balsamic vinegar. Bottom line, the food was mediocre, but the service was very good. I can’t for the life of me figure out why the place is so popular based on the ambience or the food, so it must be me. Regardless, I will not go back as I was very underwhelmed."
"When in the mood for great Italian food, give North Italia a try. Great service, extremely reasonable prices and the Kierland vibe is always fun. This was our 3rd visit and it never disappoints! We’ll be going back."
"Braised Short Rib Lamache: This dish was absolutely wonderful! The braised Short Rib is flavorful and tender. The pasta was cooked perfectly aldente, and the sauce was the perfect balance to tie it together. Roasted Salmon: My husband enjoyed this dish. Of course, I tasted it. The salmon was fresh and perfectly cooked, not dry at all! Roman Holiday: This drink, while it was great, was a bit strong for me. I asked to add a bit more pinapple juice, and it was perfect. Veni Vidi Vici: This lemon infused whiskey drink was amazing. My husband isn't a drinker at all and loved it! The hostess and waitress were so helpful and kind. Completely knowledgeable on all items of the menu, which I always appreciate. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a must try if you're ever visiting Scottsdale."
"I stayed at the Westin across the street and wanted to step out for a quick bite to eat. I stopped here at North Italia and was blown away on everything. The service was top notch. The food was excellent. The decor was perfect. I just got 3 little appetizers which was the meatballs, calamari, and the beef carpaccio. I would lick the plate clean on every single dish."
