"We decided for a nice lunch at the Clearwater Florida P.F. Chang’s. The waiter was fine however it took 35 minutes after ordering to get our lunch. The waiter suggested they were “waiting” on one item. When the food arrived, the fried rice ($2 premium) was ice cold. We eventually advised the waiter and while he offered to place another order of rice, we were already in the restaurant too long and didn’t want to wait any longer. I could understand if it was busy, but looking around there were just a few tables occupied when we placed our lunch order. Disappointing for sure."

"Consistently horrible service. I placed an order for pick up and when I arrived the manager told me they gave my order to someone else. I explained that I already paid for my order and said I could request a refund through corporate. After 20 minutes of back and forth I finally received a receipt issuing a refund in 5 days. Mistakes happen but theres no excuse for the sloppy work and unprofessional management. Do better."

"We are done with PF Changs, we ordered from their location in Puebla, Mexico. Mongolian beef as hard as a shoe sole, lots of tasteless rice, little meat. Broccoli beef, disgusting. We ate it because we were hungry, having tummy ache right now. WE ARE DONE WITH P. F. CHANGS, after 20 years as customers. They will be out of business like Macaroni Grill."

"At the Knoxville, TN location, the Sweet & Sour Chicken was OLD, dark, dry, much smaller like it was days old reheated! And the fried rice portion was literally like it was reheated from the day before and half of what is normally given. Both Managers in Nashville & Franklin know I am known for my compliments yet this food is so subpar. I really feel if the health department came thru it would be shut down. I wish I read this ratings & rather revies 1st."
