"I was walking down 4th one day and I saw this little cute book store on the corner. So I decided to go in. I saw Britney Spears book through the window so that definitely made me want to go in. Does places a decent size is a managed to fit a lot of books if there's a book you can't find it can always order a book for you so don't go to the other guys just go ahead and go through and order the book you want. What does bookstore doesn't have just books they have a whole shopping / gift section with a whole bunch of little knick-knacks and cute things they carry handmade art from local people for example handmade greeting cards and thank you cards etcetera etcetera. They have a little section that has small gift ideas you'll find something you like there were several things that I wanted to buy. I didn't have any interaction with the staff nobody greeted me or came up to me and asked if I needed any help finding anything but my friend walked up to the desk to ask for specific book and they seem pretty nice and helpful."

"Cool book store with a wide variety of books and other knickknacks. I would have giving it a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the unfriendly staff. Been here several times, every time I feel unwelcome and get a very judgmental vibe as soon as I walk in. Staff would rather talk amongst themselves or stare at the computer, and shop online, then welcome in or help customers. When I went up to pay it felt like I was bothering them and taking up their time. I didn’t even get a “Thank you for coming in” or something along the line. Every other shop I visited today for holiday shopping I was welcomed by a warm greeting and, even if I didn’t purchase something, got thanked for stopping by. It makes one feel appreciated and valued as a patron. If I wanted to be treated poorly as a customer I would just shop for things on Amazon. Won’t be shopping at this book store ever again."

"One of the best spots on 4th Ave and in all of Tucson. I try to support them as much as I can when I want to buy a new book - I’ve called and ordered several new books and cookbooks with Antigone. A great place for planners and cards too."

"I love this bookstore and all it's other non-book items. It's hard for me to not browse for hours or buy a book here. The selection is pretty good for it being a small business and they also carry a lot of local artists and authors. The atmosphere is nice and the employees are kind. It's hard for me not to come at least once a month. If it wasn't for Antigone, I don't think I'd ever get back into reading."
