"I recently closed my Kohl's account because of extremely poor customer service, not in the stores, but on the phone when you're trying to get help with your account. I continually got emails stating my account was locked and I needed to change my password to change my password. Multiple emails per week.When I tried to find out why this was happening, six phone calls and eight agents later, nothing, no help. First of all what good is customer service if you cannot understand what they are saying, second even what they said was ridiculous. There is no security department apparently because what I asked to talk to them no one knew what I was talking about, one person transferred me somewhere but it wasn't security. Extremely frustrating I had no choice but to close my account since I assume there's been some security breach but Kohl's will not inform me."
"The associates were very helpful. The person at checkout checked for me to find another rug to match what I was purchasing. I had to call later to the Queen Creek Store and Chris was exceptionally helpful. He found the rug I was looking for and left it at the checkout counter for me. 5 stars to both stores."
"4 of 5 stars. I like this store and its location and convenience is great. I think the one opportunity is that it seems their selection isn’t as broad for men’s as it is in other Valley stores. Where that’s somewhat a bummer — I would like to compliment the fantastic service that we get at this location. The staff is on point with knowing where things are, they’re consistently friendly and engaging without being pushy. The cashiers are friendly even on the busiest of days — like yesterday. All around I think that the management team has done a great job here supporting their team and building a great customer service approach in retail. I value it."
"Stopped by the pick up an online order but the email instructions versus the store were different. Fortunately, they were very helpful to get my order picked up. Thanks Mike and team! General note: the email says the customer service desk but it's all just one area for everything so stay in the check out line"
