"3 times this Costco has made the worst pizza, seriously how do you screw up a pizza? You only have 2 kinds. Undercooked, not cut, and hair in it. Pissed me off because it used to be good."

"Don't expect them to always pay attention and call out your number. Pizza takes 15 min to make, but I didn't get it for 45 min because they couldn't be bothered to let me know it was ready. Was lied to when I asked why they didn't call my number, as if I wouldn't be able to hear them from the closest table. Nothing but excuses when I finally received it. "Oh we definitely called your number, but I was on my break at the time." Well which is it, or is neither true? Long story short, waited a long time for cold pizza."

"I don't know what happened here, normally costcos are so attentive and ready to help you. I went up to ask a question and a guy came up to the ticket printer that just printed, I waited for eye contact to show he was ready to listen and he kept his head down ruffling the tickets and proceeded to comply ignore me going as far as to yell an order number right into my face. Then he looked at me but didn't say anything I was startng to ask my question when he turned around. It would be different if he didn't look at me. Could have been busy or lost in thought, but to acknowledge me and turn around with out asking me why I was standing at the counter especially after appearing to be acknowledging me. I had to get in line at the cash counter to finally get someone to acknowledge me. Good and cheap food but eventually the service will make it not worth the wait."
