"I wasn’t going to post anything and just let it go but I’m hurting so bad I am going to post because my heart really hurts and I hope I’m not having a heart attack. I’m 74 years old and just a little respect should be shown by this young woman. She told me I can continue to come in but I can’t return any more clothes. Let’s go back to the beginning. My sister has Alzheimer’s and I take care of her. I had bought her a bra at this thrift store but she didn’t want it so I took the bag and returned it. It wasn’t the right bra and they knew this how. They record everything that goes on in the store. Without your permission you are being recorded filmed and watched . Now, remember this it's without your permission !!! This is illegal. My sister had switched bras. She told me I could still come in but I couldn’t return anything. When I saw her outside one day I explained the situation to her and she seemed so understanding. This brings us back to today I thought it was ok to return the clothes since we had a new understanding. She said “I was very explicit , you can’t return anything you buy here You can’t try anything on so you don’t know if it will fit. I was in shock I just stood there And said no no you didn’t say that the second time but it wouldn’t come out right. She said “I am going to ask you to leave. I got kicked out of a thrift store! it’s not a charity it helps no one but her and her family. They make it look like a charity but it’s for show they ask you to bring food for another charity. Then, she started talking about me to her employees as I was leaving and I told her I will put this on social media She made it look like I was violent and she said I will take that as a treat. It is a threat I’m posting right now. My constitutional right. I feel she thinks she can control everyone who walks in her store. And that it’s a privilege to walk in that smelly old store. It’s not it’s hard to go in this is old used merchandise. I’m too old to deal with this any further, please take my advise, this is a good store to skip. Buy new on sale probably much cheaper this not a charitable organization. No charity will charge tax when you donate you are donating to their business and giving them money for a private pocket"

"Mean Girls without regard for sanitary items. Designer items ridiculously over priced. The isles are almost as clean as Goodwill but not the clothing. Beware. Save your time & pass."

"Update 10/7: no one has followed up with me on the horrendous way I was treated I hate to say this because I prefer to donate to them other than goodwill but goodwill would have followed up compared to them. I will continue to go the the Gilbert location but not here :( Today August 10, 2023 I went into the store and found two pairs of infant shoes that I requested a price on because they were out on the floor without price. I asked an associate in which she was going to take them to the back and ask She then came back to me and informed me that the shoes were going to be taken out from the floor because the pricing person was not in. I asked if I could be contacted once the prices were figured out because I wanted to buy them she said no and then ask for the manager because that was unfair because once they are priced it will be put back onto production floor and I would not be able to purchase them and somebody else grab them . I spoke to MIchelle who reiterated that they could not contact me. I informed her how unfair that was, and she was very rude stating know we can’t do that. However, they were already on the floor. Someone must’ve already taken the tags off again not fair that I am wanting to buy them regardless of the price and would be willing to come back and purchase them. I have an asked her for her name which is MIchelle and walked away I did want to submit a complaint to the company, so I went to another associate asking for a corporate number that associate at the register redirected me to another associate because she stated she was new. That associate did have the number who was willing to give it to me, but then MIchelle, a male associate with an additional male associate, came up to me and asked me to leave stating they were going to call the cops when all I was asking for was a corporate number Once was a rude to any other associate requesting a corporate number she attempted to intimidate me by calling the cops and having other male associates with her. May I add this has happened at other stores and they price them right away in the front or back they have never taken the item back."

"Had several items including pants I wanted to try on, then learned the fitting rooms were closed. One cashier told me to try on the clothes over my clothes, OR there was a seven day return policy. Decided to purchase all items and return any that wouldn’t fit. Another cashier was going to ring me up when I again asked what the return policy was, when she stated seven day STORE CREDIT ONLY. If I wouldn’t have asked the second cashier, I would have been livid coming back in expecting a cash return from the details the first cashier “conveniently” left out. I live two minutes away from this location, my first and last time I will ever purchase from there. Not allowing people, especially women, to try on clothes in a safe place, or forcing them to purchase items without the guarantee of cash back from not providing that safe space, is a disgusting way to practice business. Do not support this business."

"SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! I WAS a long-time and frequent customer of this location. Today, as I reached into my backpack-purse to check my phone, I was accused of stealing. When I offered to allow the staff to check my bag, I was told "NO, I just want you to leave!" After leaving, quite in shock, my husband and I tried calling to speak with a manager and we were denied. I have never been treated quite so disrespectfully. Based on what I have read in the other reviews, driving good, paying customers away has become the theme for, not only the staff but, the owners as well. Very unprofessional, rude and accusing. Tread cautiously if you plan to shop in this store."
