Five Below

"12:00pm 2/5/24 I was in Five Below some strange person started scanning my items at self check out. I asked to please leave my order alone I can handle it. They proceed to take my debit card and swipe it at self checkout. They proceed to run my debit as credit costing me a surcharge. You need to tell your self checkout workers not to touch peoples debit cards and or charge their cards without permission"

"I was in desperate need of an SD card with specifically 1 GB. I saw that five below had them in stock. I called to make sure, and a gentleman at around 4 pm answered and was being very rude and harsh with me. I am a very happy person, so having someone so negative answer the phone was upsetting. I ended up driving to the store and asked the person at the front if they had the memory card and she whipped it right out for me! Alma was so nice about it and was open to help! Thank you Alma for helping me get this!!"
