"The store hours state they close at 8pm on a Monday I ordered some things online for store pickup received an email at 6:59 to pickup. I get to the store at about 7:30 and they’re closed already. I will never pickup here again ended up canceling the order and going elsewhere. The children’s place has really gone downhill over the years"

"Horrible customer service! Cashier was nice but the manager or whoever was above him on the floor was completely rude. My online order for whatever reason got sent to another store and I’ve worked retail even at Gymboree and so I asked them to look it up so many different ways or other options to see if I can get it to their store. The lady was so rude and just kept pushing me to leave the store. Instead of explaining their weird policy of not looking up orders at other locations (which I know you can do) she just gave attitude and was like “what else does she want me to do?” Mind you I was standing right in front of her….she needs to be fired immediately! She’s the kind of person you know hates their job and takes their attitude out on their customers"

"Nice outlet for the children place. It can be a little cramped at times because they have so many clothes out. They are constantly changing the layout and clothes to keep up with the dates and always have good deals on everything. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even when they are out of stock we have been helped to order them. This is also where we get our daughters school uniforms and it makes it very easy and simple."

"Staff is very RUDE and make you stand in LONG lines and wait because there is only one cashier! Don’t know why they have an online pick up stand if they don’t use! Don’t waist your time or money with THESE RUDE STAFF!"
