"Its in a rough neighborhood, maybe dangerous. Also very few items cost $1.00. Most prices are more than what WALMART charges."
"While I don't expect much from this location anymore, I sure didn't expect to walk in this late afternoon/early evening to hear P*$$Y being repeated over and over again in a song from the music the clerk had playing from behind the counter. And LOUDLY! What if someone had their kids up in there? Just walking through the aisles and hearing P*$$Y this and P*$$Y that. I know it's hard to find good help for these positions but y'all can do better."
"Arian and Ana were the “manager’s on duty” tonight and provided less than what is expected from a customer service associate. Walking into this store while they’re working is like walking into a playground full of kids with no guidance! They thought it was funny how they couldn’t cash me out change from a $5.00 purchase. I was paid in pennies and the “manager on duty’s “ response was “either pay them in pennies or they don’t get any change” all while laughing about it. This is not the first issue I’ve had here! Ana has talked about this loudly in the store as well however, A Hispanic couple came in and started speaking to Ana (off the clock) and she replied “I don’t work here” while wearing her uniform. Even if that was the case and she didn’t speak the language why completely disregard them and laugh about it with a coworker while someone who DOES speak Spanish finally asked them what they needed!? This romper room behavior is unacceptable. Worst service and absolutely terrible employees that don’t care about anything but a paycheck! Rude, immature and completely unprofessional. As a local guide, stay clear from this area and this store! And she left me with “I still owe you .57 cents”"
"Joanna, or, Jojo, was extremely rude. When I asked her if she had a certain item, she walked me over as if to help. She then proceeded to try and tell me that something completely different should be good enough when I said I'd look at another and started arguing. Then she looked at my bag, mentioned it, and said it "wasn't that big when I walked in". She wasn't wearing a name tag and refused to give her name the first 3 times I asked. All this, while someone stole 3 speakers and a bunch of other items. When I attempted to leave peacefully, she made me show her the contents of my bag, accused me again, and then followed me out of the store, yelling about how she was going to check the cameras. I went back inside to try and resolve things with the manager, who she was telling lies to, saying that I was the one who took the speakers and tried asking if she could lock the doors. He had witnessed everything and quickly shut her down while running up to speak with me. She kept interrupting, so, we had to go outside HIS STORE to talk. He apologized and quickly went back in to have a chat with her. He was the only highlight of that store. It used to be better"
