"Was asked if I had an account with Hugo boss, I said I wasn’t sure but k didn’t think so and wasn’t interested in one. guy at the register said that he could check real quick just in case he just needed my email. I gave it to him and he said “hmm how about your phone number ? Before I new it he had signed me up and I received a text saying I was signed up. It just seems shady don’t know if they are pressured to get people to sign up that’s not okay."

"Buyer Beware! This store doesn’t handle returns like most stores. Their standard policy, which isn’t well communicated IMO, is exchanges and store credit only. Which is frustrating with something so subjective like clothing where sizes vary a lot. I ended up getting my money back to my credit card, but I had to ask to speak to the Manager. The staff’s stock response to why they don’t give refunds was very corporate: “we wanna push product out at this store.” Ok. So you want my money but not my loyalty as a satisfied customer."

"I visited the store, no one really noticed me or offer service, and with that I purchased two items, total$127, ; sales lady said printer is out so offered me email receipt. Got back home to Hawaii and my American Express adjusted to $166. Just be careful when you visit Hugo Boss in Chandler. Never recommend"

"I went in looking for shirts. I have to agree with a couple other reviewers saying the customer service was terrible. The two employees just talked amongst themselves. They were no help. My mask slipped down off my nose for a moment and the female employee yelled at me and said I was contaminating all the clothes. I couldn’t believe she talked to me that way (I’m in healthcare and I had just tested negative a day prior) as I was readjusting my mask. I was shocked. She could have asked nicely, it’s no so hard. I picked out my last shirt, paid and left. I won’t be back."
