"The restrooms are horrible, and I only come here for a couple items that aren't sold anywhere else but the shelves are always full and the employees are always friendly. And almost always find a short line at the register."
"The food is ok, but the service where they sell prepared foods like sopas, tacos and other, is horrible. It's not that they don't have enough employees because they have at least 15 or so women working behind the counter. Its because they are gossiping and not paying attention to customers at the counter wanting to place an order. They don't even acknowledge you're there and say they'll be right with you. The worst customer service ever. I won't be going back there anytime soon, maybe ever. I saw at least 3 people in front of me leave because they weren't being served either. After leaving the counter, I went to a cashier in front to pay for the other items and told her. She said she gets. complaints all the time."
"Beautiful store with good variety and great prices! Food City has a fresh bakery, and sit-down eatery as well as the traditional grocery store items like fresh produce, frozen section, dry goods, dairy, meat and personal care. The fresh vegetables selection is plentiful and well priced and there's a large fresh meat and cheese counter as well. It's a nice, well-rounded grocery store and I'm excited to return soon, their fresh tortilla chips especially call to me!"
