"We walked right in with a party of 5 on a Friday night at 5:45 thanks to call ahead seating. Boy, were we glad as it got so packed. Not a great waiting area as those waiting seemed to flow into the tables and booths around the bar. Some were standing rather close to people eating. The food was great and quick. I imagine they were short on help as our poor waitress had 10 tables plus the bar."

"Steak was pretty good and I ordered mine with seasoned rice and French fries. Dessert was nice I had the Tim Tam brownie cake. It was delicious and had a nice rich flavor. Our waiter did a great job keeping drinks refilled and delivered excellent service to everyone at our table. Can't forget to try the blooming onion."

"My wife and I went here for dinner recently. The 11oz. sirloin was really good and had flavor. The service was great. But the salad was dry with little dressing, and the side of mashed potatoes was bland and had no gravy. It was good but seemed lacking for a steakhouse."

"Should have gone to Chick-fil-A.... This is the first time in about 3ish years we've gone to an Outback Steakhouse. Such a disappointment. My husband had an old fashioned and it came with an orange slice that looked like someone had bit into it already and the cup was full with regular ice... It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. It tasted terrible. I had a blackberry martini and it tasted like pure raspberry juice with a splash of lemon. Then the seared peppered ahi tuna... Was severely over cooked and chewy. One of our kids ordered a burger and it was charred including the bun and the cheese was pretty much one molecule away from plastic. I can't honestly complain about service because these days I'm grateful someone shows up to work, the atmosphere thigh was odd. It didn't look like management cared much. All bulbs for lighting were different(I know this or petty but it matters in how we handle the situation) the place didn't really feel clean, not filthy just not what I'd hoped to have walked into. We had a bad feeling as we walked to our seats and we should have just said, "nevermind, sorry for wasting your time" and walked out. However we stayed, the last time we were at OS it was great! Seeing as the atmosphere was not really up to what I would think a carrying manager would want, we did not bother asking for a manager to discuss the way the food/drinks were prepared. So we didn't say anything, paid for the meals and left wishing we would have spent half the money and had a better experience across the stress at Chick-fil-A."

"The lobster is absolutely delicious, it is pricey but worth every penny. The Aussie fries have a bold and seasoned flavor. The terloin steak was really good, the server was pretty helpful and nice. The place itself was clean, it was not busy at all, there was only a couple of other groups there. I would recommend for a nice family meet up or formal dinner."
