"Update 2/27: Apparently there's a computer reset that's done every night between 4 and 430am and it's closed between that time. Literally the 4th time in a few weeks I come and it's closed for one reason or another. Yeah, last time I come to this "24 hour" Jack in the box. I work nights in the area. The last three times I've come after 10pm, they only do online orders so the drive thru is constantly closed. I'm pretty sure it's just the norm here now."

"The only negative about their drive thru service is that they have a strong tendency to ask you to pull into the designated drive thru spots up front regardless of the size of your order. Their lobby isn't cleaned as often as it should be, which is unfortunately common among fast food restaurants in Arizona in my experience. Their staff tend toward politeness and are generally very helpful."

"Needs to list hours more accurately. It says 24 hours, and yet if you come here between midnight and 4:30AM they will not serve you. They will say "Our computers are resetting, we can't take orders". Either figure out a computer system that doesn't need to reset, or change the hours that you advertise. This is not honest business practice."

"Went here at 8pm on a Thursday and cashier didn't understand the order after repeating several times. Straight up entering in the wrong items as I say them and no response. Told me to wait in the parking lot, came out with the bag and no drinks. Then, to top it all off, messed up the order anyway. Asked for a breakfast burger with no cheese and got two patties with bacon and ketchup... Also the patty on another burger was undercooked.."

"Blown away by this location. I got the meat lovers breakfast burrito, I added hashbrowns, and it was BOMB! Maybe I'm being dramatic, but it was probably one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. All of the ingredients were of great quality, especially the eggs (which can be really gross at other fast food places). So if you're looking for some delicious, quick and easy breakfast, this is the place to go! Also, of note, the employees were extremely courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this place."
