"Barista was friendly but seemed too busy to make my first visit worth while, the focus seemed on the drive thru. Had a hard time reading the menu, even with contacts on. Was hoping for recommendations since i told her it was my first visit. Ordered a peach black tea but it was gross and I couldn't drink half of it before I tossed it. Tons of flies inside which was bothersome. Would probably still try something else one more time or another location."
"Just awful. Service was terrible. Coffee wasn't hot, asked for muffin NOT heated and they heated it. $15 worth of food and drink right into the trash. No, couldn't go back with it, had an appointment which we ran late for due to super slow, awful service. Are all Black Rock Coffee shops this bad? Loved the one on Crimson."
"The people are always so kind and nice. I always have a good experience when I’m there. I normally see the same people there and today I saw one of the usual guys, his name was Austin. He was so friendly and even remembered my usual order. Just him being kind and knowing my order made my day. I can’t wait until my next visit."
"Love this spot! They have half the staff of other coffee drive thru places, but somehow you get your coffee faster than the other places. The baristas here are absolutely magic. I ordered a cup of sugary perfection, Carmel Blondie Chiller, and was really impressed with the presentation."
