"There are so many complaints for this store, so let me cut it short so they can be addressed immediately. - Pallets and boxes are blocking areas that can be used for exit points in case of emergencies - Shelves are not stocked at all times - Items are not zoned for people of disabilities who can't reach far - Some produce is left out rotting - Lack of employees is disappointing - Some employees don't follow dress code - And there are very few employees in the store who help more than others - The store is a constant mess when I visit I personally think the store is poorly managed, and management needs a re-evaluation if the store is to be ran correctly. It has so much potential considering how much foot traffic the store has on a daily basis. I think for the 99 Cent store being a corporate company, they would be able to afford associates to run a store more properly. The issue isn't associates, it's managment. It doesn't matter where the store is located. It has to do with management. Will be calling corporate"

"Store is always so disgusting and there's little to no staff everytime I go there. The only employee there that was helpful to me was Andrew. He was very nice and helpful in the produce section and it seems like he's the only one that bothers cleaning. I can tell when he works because every other time I've been there, there's rotting food and the floors are disgusting and sticky unless he's the one working. I get it it's the dollar store but they should at least hire more staff that work like he does or pay him more for doing almost everyone's job."

"I don't shop here on a regular basis because I tend to get lost surfing through all the random cool things you can get for such reasonable prices. This trip was the same & all the Halloween stuff was 50% off. So I did what I always do. Spend too much on stuff I don't need, but I did get some cool Halloween decorations for next year."

"On this recent trip to the 99 cent store, we came in because it had been a while since we brought in shopped here during this visit. There wasn't much options available except for some good cat food. We continue to look for Halloween décor but there was not much available this year. That doesn't mean we won't be back. There's not gonna possibly to check out the new selection."
