"If I could give the ladies a zero star that worked tonight 9/20/23 I would !!! One cashier and two employees on their phones. Even waved them down for help and still didn't want to help had to actually had to walk up to them . We were two for four customers in the store!!!! Why no help. The employee w glasses was RUDE!!!! Now on my husband and will be buying on line . Worst customer service ever!"

"I normally don’t leave reviews but the Manager at this location was really rude asked for shoes and she took a while and when she came out she handed me the wrong shoes and when I asked for the ones I wanted I felt like she was annoyed at doing her job."

"No stars complete utter disrespect these employees have and go on treating you as if they’re some type of royalty! The experience I just witnessed and the way the employees handle it was very unprofessional and if they feel your being disrespectful back (“treat others how you want to be treated”) their first reaction is “leave the store or I will call the police!” Foot locker needs to do a better job as a company training their employees how to deescalate a situation without having to envolve the cops?? So now you walk into footlocker not knowing if you might leave in hand cuffs or low top forces WATTBAL.. honestly never stepping back into that store again and I suggest you others don’t you can feel the vibe and negative energy soon as you walk in no greets or hellos no one asking if we needed help and this is coming from something I just witnessed watching these poor people be attacked by referee wana be’s.. 0 starts for me"

"So disappointed theres a sign that says they close at 7:00 but there closed a whole hour early even online says they close at 7:00!!! If I had the option to leave no stars I would don’t come here! What a waist of my time!"
