"I needed to tuxedo the same day, not recommended…. My wife found royal tuxedos by accident, what a great accident. They set my appointment for noon. I was on time and in two hours I had my tuxedo, amazing simply amazing service. I couldn’t believe that I wasn’t shamed for my last minute planning as I needed the tuxedo for a charity event connected with work. Very reasonably priced and great service. Located on 12th Ave. just south of Ajo on the west side of the street."

Promised shoes and claimed she didn't have those sizes so have us no shoes no price difference. Treated all of my group with disrespect. Measured the kids and when we picked up still didn't fit them. Terrible service all together. From begging to end."
