"This is a Big and Tall paradise. If you are looking for dress clothes like suits and pants with a long rise ,you can only get that with custom clothing for which there are stores that are perfectly capable of handling that for you ie. Mens wear house etc. BUT for casual big and Tall clothing like modern style jeans and modern casual clothing this place is great. Just cause your big and tall does not mean that you are not allowed to wear nice stylish clothing. This place is the answer, worth every penny. I found khakis and jeans with the long rise which is almost impossible to find anymore , off the rack mind you. They have it here . Mark was very helpful and attentive."

"I always go to DXL Big & Tall. They have quality clothing at a reasonable price considering the specialty. However, for the past two years, I have been fortunate enough to deal with one particular male employee. He is thoughtful and thoroughly knows how to treat customers. That just makes it easier to come back."

"If I could rate their customer service at the corporate headquarters a zero, I would. It’s terrible, terrible, terrible. Their coupons have so many small-print exclusions, it’s like not having a real honest-to-goodness coupon at all. It’s dishonest and it reminds me of the bait and switch slimy tactics a dishonest used car salesman uses. Disgusting. Totally disgusting. They offered $15 to take a survey. The survey had an expiration date. I tried to take the survey (in a timely manner) and was not allowed to do so, even though I did this before the expiration date. Dishonest. When I called customer “service” (what a joke) I was put on hold for over half and hour before they came back (rudely) to tell me that a supervisor had said “no” to my straightforward request for a $15 credit. He then told me a straight-up lie, but that’s too long a story to put in this review"

Chris measured me and helped me pick out dress shirts, dress pants, shoes, ties, and a belt for an upcoming conference. I looked incredible and everything fit perfectly. His customer service and genuine care was extraordinary. It was the most enjoyable shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be going back."
