Jiffy Lube

"This is probably the first time I have used Jiffy lube for one of my vehicles and im happy about it. I went for an oil change and they let me know about some other concerns like my air filter being filthy and pointed out it was time for me to rotate my tires, which it was. Now I don't have to go back to an auto shop for a couple months thanks to them. I really only went to jiffy lube becuase my usuall auto place was super busy so it was nice to be able to pull up to jiffy, get served and be on my way in under an hour. It was great especially since I didn't have an appointment, I just showed up and they were ready. I think they got everything done in 30 mins. If your usual auto place is packed, I would definitely go to Jiffy lube so I can keep the rest of my day open for other necessities."

"I got an oil change here before and the service was good. What this review is really about is the wonderful treatment they gave to someone who wasn’t a customer at the time. Last week while my wife was out for a walk she was getting harassed by an aggressive, angry man so she ducked into this Jiffy Lube to avoid him. They kindly let her stay there while this individual was still in the area and kept an eye on him. When they saw that he was gone they made sure she got home without further trouble. Thank you to the employees that looked out for my wife! We both truly appreciate it!"

"Hello, I had a little problem with the O ring on the drain plug which began leaking right after my oil change. I returned and it was quickly fixed and they even offered to come and clean the oil spots on my driveway. I declined but was grateful that they offered. This is the Jiffy Lube location on 32nd St in Phx not the one near 28th & Indian School which I do not recommend to anyone......It's all about the Personal."
