"BEWARE!!!! Do not shop here if you don’t know the policy. Just saying! Apparently all hats are considered accessories and accessories can’t be return or exchange. Got a brand new hat and wanted to exchange, mind you not return but exchange for a different color scheme. They said no. Brand new $40 dollar hat that can’t be exchanged! Never will I shop or support this place again! Terrible policy and needs to be changed."
