"God forbid you try and get a price adjustment here and the staff instantly change face. My wife buys a ton of clothing from this company and recently they have begun treating her very rudely. It seems as if they make their own policy up on the spot because no two employees can tell you the same return and refund policies. My wife, who's English isn't perfect, was treated disrespectfully yet again and her refund to her debit card was refused and only store credit issued. The items were unworn with tags and well within the time period stated on the website. I'm not sure why its gotten like this at this store but I guess we'll avoid this location until this company properly trains it employees and gets new management."

"Zero stars for the customer service but two because they have a great product! The past two times I have been in this store I have been treated so poorly and by the SAME person. So yesterday, while I was trying to make an exchange I was met with no smile, lots of attitude, and blatant disrespect. I was so shocked this employee was treating me like this that on the way out I asked a salesperson what her name was and told them that I had been treated like this TWICE by her. With hesitation, they said she was a manager and her name was Kolby. A manager, are you kidding me?! She was talking to me like this in front of other workers and I could see they also felt uncomfortable. I didn't write a review the first time she was rude to me as we all have bad days but this just seems like she does not want to be there or hates working with the public. I will not be returning to this store, unfortunately."

"First time here , so far a good experience, as I was looking for a pair of pants that I found online. They didn’t have them in stock so I asked to be ordered. I was able to try on similar ones to make sure on the size. Let’s hope my order will be good. I was told it would take 2-6 business days to get them . The girls working there were attentive yet living me alone while I was lookin , which I liked."
