"I always find amazing deals here but the pants I got seemed to be a mistake from manufacturing. There is a string to tighten at the ankle on one side but not the other. And my shirt has a large rip at the armpit. Just a warning to check whatever you intend to buy carefully before buying because there are no returns. It is huge with a ton of options. I love the variety in shoes, swim wear, dresses of all styles, shorts, pants, etc. The staff was very friendly and I would return, but would check clothing out more carefully before buying."

"My wife was shopping for bras and she had 9 items and needed to try them on. She went to the fitting room and the lady took count of items. When my wife was done she walked out handed her the items. She stopped my wife and said she only counts 8 items and she she had 9 when she went in. My wife said I must have left on in the fitting room. She proceeded to tell my wife let me see in your purse. Ok for one you probably should look in the fitting room like what my wife said (which that is where it was) it was very embarrassing for her. She did this in front of a lot of people. The lady never even apologized to her. This was a place where my wife would shop all the time. After this last incident she won’t step foot in another Dillards again."
