"If I could give 0 stars I would, went in for my first time and got some stuff for myself and my husband asked if they didn’t fit him if I could return them. Both ladies there told me as long as I had the receipt and the tags were still on I could return them, again I asked TWICE because the girl was on FaceTime the entire time I was in the store. Given I don’t live far I came home and had my husband try on the shorts and they didn’t fit. Took them back and she told me oh I can only do a store credit or exchange for the same price I informed her she didn’t tell me that when I asked less than 20mins ago.. she shrugged and with the biggest attitude told me “There is a sign there for a reason” scooted my stuff over on the counter to reveal a sign. No I didn’t see it because my stuff was on it the first and 2nd time hence why I ASKED. She shrugged her shoulders and picked up her phone to continue texting, rude and unprofessional staff. I was fine with store credit I didn’t need the attitude."
