Today an employee intentionally ignored me and then made completely unprofessional statements to me because she has shopped at my store and didn't agree with our return policy (she also threw her non-returnable item at me before storming out). I told her she was being unprofessional and she continued to go on. I walked out without my purchase then called to talk to the manager who seemed to care less. This is very unfortunate because it is so much more convenient to shop here if I need an item or two rather than driving all the way to Lowe's or Home Depot."
