When he called to confirm his arrival time the first question was "do you want to reschedule" this after having to wait all day for his arrival! And once he came to repair we could hear the slamming of tools and parts. We understand that maybe he was over booked, but he should be more mindful of his manners so as not to make clients uncomfortable. Needless to say we always treat our merchants well and provide tips.
