She SHOULD not be be apart of goodwill management , it's sad to see such a horrible manager treat individuals the way she does!"

"Very disappointed with the loading crew, if I could give a 0 star review I would. I bought a 3 seater couch from here today. The front desk worker asked if I wanted them to bring it to the back of the store so that the Goodwill employees could help me load it, I said yes. The couch was a tight fit to get it in the back of my truck with a camper shell on it, so I was inside the bed helping lift the front end of the couch to get it in. While loading the workers forcefully pushed the couch in the back of my truck. When I got out the workers were inside Goodwill with the door shut, and I noticed the BedRug bed liner was ripped. These pictures were taken when I got home and unloaded the couch. I did no further damage unloading the couch, all damage was done from the Goodwill workers FORCING the couch in. I have attached pictures of damage as well as pictures for a new one. I expect Goodwill to reimburse me fully."
