"Rent-A-Center is awesome and great place!!! I do not know where to even start. Rent-A-Center has great awesome customer Service. I will always shop here and get everything I need and will always come back here. We had a little issue with my purchase and right from the back I was able to talk the awesome manger Karen, as soon as I called, I was able to speak to the wonderful manger. She was amazing listened and helped out right away. Karen was very caring and wanted to help us and she did! She's a true meaning of a great MANGER. I wish there were more mangers like her. I highly recommend coming here. Karen will take the time to listen and take good care of you! Thank you so much Karen for all your help and so much more."

"Every year I rent a bed at Thanksgiving. Every year at rent a center it gets harder and harder for pick up and delivery. Also I only need the bed for three days . They never prorate."

I purchased my couches plus coffee table, side tables and came back today to buy my dining table. I came back to this store in litchfield because of Kayla’s customer service. "Went into this place on a weekend to get a Washer and Dryer. They took my money before they did the calls for the "references" and only 1 of the 4 answered. I felt i could get a better deal elsewhere, which i can, so i asked for a refund. This was on the 4th. they said i would take 5-7 days. i call my credit card company, and it wasn't refunded until the 9th, which i now have to wait even longer to post on the account."

"very pleasant experience. the Store Manager Karen was very helpful as soon we walked through the door she said how can i help you and got right on it. my wife and I were very grateful for her assistance and help. the sales representative Misty was ON IT and gave us a good deal on a 70 inch brand new out there box. it was a very pleasant experience and i look forward to my bed being delivered tomorrow lol!! thanks again Ladies!!"
