"My experience was great, I actually filled out my financial application online but I ended up not finishing it up at that time. The sales associate at the good year store, Julio Lozada, called me and asked if he could help me out finishing up the application. I let Julio know I would be in the store as soon as they opened up and I would get with him. Once I arrived, Julio and two other associates greeted me, we hit off right away and got what I needed right away. My wife and I were very pleased with his service."

"We paid about 4K for a dining set last year. They are very poor in quality. They keep breaking on their own. We don’t recommend anyone to buy furniture from this store. I feel very bad since I made my husband to buy this set. I loved the style but I didn’t pay attention to material. It’s not even solid wood. Its a piece of junk."

"I am happy to say that I had a Fantastic experience at the Goodyear Conn's HomePlus store. Extremely bright and clean at the end of the day and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes with a brand new laptop that Pepe had held onto for me earlier in the day. Highly recommend if you're comfortable with the "rent to own" path, or just need a nice product for the house. I would also say that my credit is not the best (understatement) but they approved me for a credit line that I'm so excited to use and continue to improve my credit score.
