Shake Shack San Tan Village

"So the past 2 times I have taken my family here we have all experienced pink burgers! Even when we requested all of them to be well done! The first time I asked them to at least cook the burgers for my children again so they can eat. However for the second time again tonight the same thing pink burgers! Shake shack honestly used to be one of our favorite places and for this to happen again really makes me not want to return. It ruined so much and just gave me an my family an icky feeling. I wish they would cook their burgers. Because it's okay for a little pink but almost all the burger be raw and pink like that is a bit much. it almost seems like a burner isn't cooking then enough. Because it will be fully cooked in some areas and others almost raw. Please fix this issue! I really love this place but I it's not worth the money we give to them not eat because the burger was pink!"

"Today I visited Shake Shack in San Tan Village and ordered four different items from their menu. I am overall extremely disappointed as one of the items I received was completely raw which I noticed after taking one bite. This disgusted me and ruined my entire experience for the remaining items. The meat was extremely undercooked posing a serious and dangerous health risk. I have attached photos of the raw item for reference. I hope they pay closer attention to food preparation in the future. I will most definitely not be back."

"Tried out the chicken avocado and the spicy chicken sandwiches. Also sampled the non dairy chocolate shake. Found the avocado sandwich to be quite good but also quite messy. Get a fork and knife for sure. The spicy was delicious without biting your taste buds. Loved the crispy fries. Outdoor area right off the main road was not loud but had a view of the pumpkin sales across the street."
