Wendy's 2867 South Santan Village Parkway, Gilbert, AZ 85295

"This location is the absolute worst!! I ordered 40.00 worth of food chicken nuggets mainly and on my app order I added 10 sauces 6 ranch and 4 sweet and sour, I asked if they packed all my sauce and they said yes and when I opened the bags there was 3 ranch and 2 sweet and sour, they said if I wanted more I haft to pay 50 cents per sauce even tho its on my online order…… they said me ordering that many sauces is ridiculous even tho it’s 40.00 worth of chicken nuggets and I have 6 kids at home having a sleepover like are you kidding me???!?!! They act like the sauce comes out of there personal paychecks so they wanted to fight with me about it and then ended up giving me 4 sauces but it’s not that big of a deal! One sauce cup isn’t enough for a 10 piece nugget let alone a 6 piece! This location is the worst no other Wendy’s is like this, the people who work here are so rude it’s not that big of a deal. Get better because Wendy’s is a disappointment-"

"Honestly just has gone so downhill. How are you going to charge someone for something they did not get? Now I understand if I ordered an extra patty or if I ordered four additional sauces but I was rang up for cheese sauce which okay queso I understand there's enough charge for that but I didn't get that. I got regular barbecue sauce. Then I think it's funny when I go to ask for the receipt and she's like okay. Is there anything else I can help you with? I'm like? Oh yeah I'm missing my drink and I just want my receipt. I need it for the card that I use. I keep records and then she was like oh one second and then what became like. What should have been a minute or you should have already handed my receipt to me. I get told. Oh well. It's because you wanted two extra sauces and I'm like oh okay. I didn't know there was a charge. I get this all the time and I've never been charged and she's like yeah it's the sauce and then she gives me the receipt with the wrong sauce which i understand. Like I said in my previous text I understand if it was a cheese sauce why there would be enough charge for it but like really honestly it's more the principal because nowadays everything's going up so I understand. But like come on you're going to charge someone without telling them and then kind of like oh my god they want their receipt they know well. Yeah I know where my money's going. I know how much your food is."

"Our group of six people arrived 20 minutes before closing but no one made us feel as though we had inconvenienced them. The cashier was friendly and courteous and our order was prepared accurately. The greens on our salads were wilted-- but that might have been because we got them at 9:45 p.m.--however, the chicken on the salads was hot and fresh and rest of our group's order was delicious."

"Came here just to point out the difference this one is compared to my home location on ray and power. This location has far better customer service, food quality, and caring staff. Thank you all for showing me what a true Wendy's is like."

"THE BEST LOCATION IN GILBERT!!!! Nicest employees, best customer service and best quality food. They ALWAYS make their food fresh at this location! I get my chicken sandwich customized without a bun, wrapped in lettuce it is always AMAZING! They even put the mayo on the side. This location especially is exceptional."
