Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This chipotle has to be one of the most disorganized and poorly run establishments I’ve ever been to. They were running about 30 minutes behind on to go orders and had about 15 people waiting for their order at all times. The weird thing was that none of the staff was doing much of anything and they all looked absolutely clueless as to what to do. They didn’t make any announcements to everyone waiting or communicate with us at all. They only brought out about 2 bowls every 5 minutes so the amount of people waiting just got more and more out of control as time went on. They definitely need new management who can help the staff look less depressed and operate a functioning business."

"Please listen to the negative reviews. This location is the worst. I try my best to be as friendly and easy as I possibly can but as an experiment, I came here for the third time to see if the rude attitude from staff and cold food is constant. Yes, it is a constant problem My steak was lukewarm at best. Very cold food, I don't know if it was cooked properly. The tables were super dirty. The line person was friendly to me this time around but the cashier didn't even say hi. I didn't bother waiting in line again to say anything because I disnt want to be difficult, and because the l was so long and it took a while to be helped in the first place."

"For starters you could tell from the door that the cashier had an attitude….once you got to the register to pay she wouldn’t speak and she was slamming people’s food around a bit aggressively in her frustrations … then the white rice was cold and the guy was serving it in big clumps without breaking it down or mixing it …I got chips an guacamole with my order … the chips a burned and a few bites in I got a stem in my guacamole…over my bowl was ok tho I guess"

"Order was 25 minutes late for online pickup. While waiting the employees had no sense of urgency. I watched them in the back and one of the women prepping food was eating chips at the same time. Gross. In the end my bowl was about 60% full."

"Waited 20 mins in line to get food, finally get to the adding items to my bowl part and the surface area was filthy. Dude cleans off all the dropped items on the counter with his gloved hand, throws them in the direction of the trash, then picks up my lettuce and cheese with the same gloved hand."
