"Stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes until I was even acknowledged. May not return."
"I have not had a problem with this specific store in YEARS but tonight was different. I ordered my food through the app at about 5:15 or so and immediately I realized I put it through as a "pickup". I called the store right away explaining that the food was for my family and I was leaving for work and could they have it delivered. The person (I couldn't understand who they were) said "yes". I was satisfied and went on my routine. At almost 7 pm my daughter texted me and said they still haven't gotten their food. I was stunned and a bit angry. I called the store and they said the food was still there waiting to be picked up. I told them AGAIN that I couldn't - that I was at work. They wouldn't even refund my money. I am mad. I have been going here weekly for many many years and they just may have lost my business."
"They managed to burn half the noodles. Worse part is instead of throwing it out, they decided to serve it to customers anyway. I eat in other panda express locations and never have this problem. Avoid this location."
"After visiting this store last month and receiving an incorrect order that looked like leftover entree remnants thrown together - I received an apology and a gift card to try again. Went there tonight at the heart of dinner rush and the unsanitary handling and placing of food, crew incompetence due to inattention to detail and non-communication, eventually forced me to leave after waiting 20 minutes."
"One thing about panda is that it is consistent. There is always a long line and it takes quite some time to get through it but the taste is always exactly the same. The cashier was really kind and gave us an extra fortune cookie. I’m always surprised that each store seems to have different drink offerings though. Food is fresh as always."
