"CULVERS IS HORRIBLE IN FOOD QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered $35 worth of garbage & didn't even get all of the garbage I ordered. I called the restaurant thinking well ok they will make it right....NOT. The female manager on 3/15/24 would not give her name as she said, "I dont want you using my name in a bad review ." The walleye sandwich was on a wet bun, not crispy & just gross. Same for the Swiss melt....bread just disgusting & soggy. Did not receive fries & all I was asking for was to return & get the fries I paid for & 3/15/24 female manager would not do? I just cannot believe that after spending $35 that this business would not accommodate or do anything to make it right! I will never patronize this business again & will tell everyone that I know of this experience. CULVERS IS HORRIBLE IN FOOD QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"

"Extremely clean location. Very friendly staff. They went the extra mile while taking our order and even cleaned up our trays and brought us bags for our left over food. Decided to try something different and had the fish, shrimp and of course some shakes. All very delicious"

"They always are good eating! And even on the days you don't want to eat a big meal you can enjoy an evening treat! We love to stop in Culver's and reward ourselves with a delicious custard after a long tiring day of errands. A couple of my favorite flavors are the caramel pecan and the creamy lemon crumble! In truth, there isn't a flavor that I dislike. Try them all!"

"Service was quick, others in the group ordered hamburgers but I wanted chicken. That was a mistake, they serve dark brown (overcooked?) Chicken tenders that were mush inside. I only ate one of the four I ordered and threw away the rest. Won't make that mistake again and suggest you follow suit"
