"The drive thru was quick to take the order. Well there wasn’t anyone in line so maybe that’s why. I paid for my meal and was told to pull around front. There was literally 3 cars in the parking spot. It took 15 minutes to get my food after I paid for it. I got home and my curly fries and tacos were cold. My hamburger was ok. This was the 3rd time at this location since I’ve lived here. Management needs to pick it up at this location. If I was the owner I would be making changes."

"We really enjoyed the tacos. They are always good. We got the jumbo egg roll this time. And it was yummy as well."

"This was my 2nd time at Jack in the Box...I'm Canadian. The food is super fresh and tasty. The staff is polite, courteous. The reason why I did not give 5 Star across the board is that our order was short 1 small fries."

"The owner or manager of this or both in CG is a very nice person! He was the only one working and got our order correct and kept calm even though the line was backing up! He got our order out and had no issues with with order when we got home! It's always the best service from him! Best Jack N the BOX IN THE USA!!"

"My wife stopped in to order 10 tacos and large curly fry for me, she overheard one of the employees say they were gonna go smoke. We get the order and none of the tacos have cheese or hot sauce, the lettuce taste old as well. I'm pretty sure they gave us old tacos and the kid that was too high to function didn't even prepare them correctly. This Jack in The Box is always giving terrible service, too bad it's the only one close. The newer one has never had issues"
