"Only 1 out of 5 fitting rooms was open. You could only try on four items at a time, and you are not allowed to try on clothing under $10. The fitting room also did not have a mirror."

"WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER at QLuv... beware! My daughters and I were shopping for clothes for a Bachelorette party and tried this store. After spending 20 minutes rounding up clothes that would work, a sales clerk came up and said that we couldn't try any of the clothes on... and if we returned them cuz they didn't fit... then we could only get store credit. We took a gamble buying one blouse, and it was such cheap material that it gave my daughter a rash under her arms within 5 minutes of putting it on. Needless to save, I will never go into that store again!!"

"The fitting rooms are CLOSED. This is ridiculous because the store also does not give refunds, they only allow for exchanges within 14 days. So no matter what the store keeps your money for cheaply made clothes. What a rip off!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!"

"So there's this older asian man with glasses & he made me feel extremely unwelcomed there, not sure if it was racially targeted but all I did was take the dress off of the rack and put it against my body to get a look at how it would look on me since we can't try things on and he kept giving me looks, and randomly called out to me "You cannot try that on!" Like I never asked you if I could try it on in the first place? and he didn't say anything to anyone else that was in the store but me, so I don't know what that was about but it was seriously uncalled for. I also asked him the size of a dress since it had no tag and he didn't even answer my question he rudely ignored what I said. You guys seriously have to get a hold of the attitudes that your employees have."

"I was looking for a light sweater to wear since my shoulders tend to get cold at times since I am sensitive to the cold. The owner says to me since I was trying out a sale sweater mind just to make aure it would fit, says you cannot try ,out the clothes. I didn't catch that , out at 1st.I was with a friend who did buy the seater for me, I am not aure I would go back again, beware!"
