"We went to the Waffle House in the evening and had a very enjoyable meal the food was cooked wonderfully I gave service a three star and overall a 3-star however because our waitress never washed her hands, not once. We sat at the little bar facing into the cooking and cleaning area so I could see everything going on. I have 30 years in the service industry, so I pay attention to these kinds of things. She cleared numerous tables with trash on them , emptied people's drinks and scraped numerous plates of leftover food into the trash, and at one point, she handled the mop to move it out of her way. I was in shock that she did not think one time to wash her hands in between getting our drinks, getting our food, bringing silverware, and more beverages to us. I feel that it is completely inappropriate, especially considering we have just come through a pandemic, for people to not wash their hands in the service industry. She seems to be a sweet girl so I did not say anything but I think it might be time for a little employee retraining."

"It's Waffle House! You go there with the expectation of good, simple food that isn't expensive, and you get it. I always love going here, the staff is always kind. This visit was very nice and I have no complaints whatsoever."

"If your lookin for a good old fashion diner with good food and coffee Waffle House is it. We started off with the famous pecan waffle this was delicious, had bits of pecan in every bite so tasty I highly recommend it. My son got the chocolate waffles, but we didn’t take a picture of it but he loved it as well, said he would get it again , he ate every single bite of it. My beef sandwich and hash browns hit the spot. It was so good quality meat gooey cheese I really enjoyed it , I would order it again for sure. Grits were good also, with a Nice ice cold lemonade."
